Digital Downloads All digital download sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered. Please review track listings carefully before purchasing.
Physical CDs We want you to love what you receive! Here's how we handle returns on physical CDs:
- Unopened CDs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original, sealed condition.
- Opened CDs are not eligible for a refund, but if your disc is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
