I once lived in a Spanish neighborhood in Arizona.  Most of them were quite friendly and did not mind some gringos nearby.  We held an ice cream social for the neighbors, not knowing what would happen.  It was a lovely occasion and somewhat to our surprise we received reciprocal invitations.  One thing I learned is that Family is a cornerstone of Spanish culture, highly valued for its strong support networks.   Many worked in Arizona but sent money back to family in Mexico.  This song is also on our International collection.
